Recap HSA 2018 Christmas Party / Annual Contest Winners / November Uploads

Attention Members:

 

Thanks to everyone who came out to celebrate with us at the 2018 HSA Annual Christmas Party on Sunday at JP Hops House.  It seemed everyone had a wonderful time enjoying great conversations, food and drinks, the white elephant game and musical entertainment.  

 

A special thanks to Andrew Richardson who did a great job coordinating the proceedings. Danny Liggett provided a recording that included “snippets” of all of the 20 songs that were Song of the Year Nominees.

SONG COLLABORATION OF THE YEAR WINNER: “TRAITOR’S MOON” by Ron Tintner and Joan Kennedy

 

Runner-Up: “Just Sayin’” by Patricia Bishop and Jesse Navarro

 

Congratulations to everyone!!!!!  We will be adding more information and photos on our website and Facebook pages shortly.

 

A special thanks to Danny Liggett for creating the beautiful awards and also manufacturing our HSA Annual CD, “2018 Song of the Year Nominees,” that includes all 20 songs which is available for purchase at $15 each.  You can pick up a copy at J P Hops House or when you come to the January Meeting.  They go fast so make sure you get yours ASAP!

As a reminder, the upload area for the songs presented at the November Meeting is now open through Thursday night, December 27, 2018.

 

We sincerely thank everyone for participating at the monthly meetings, song critiques, song contests, workshops and helping to make HSA successful.
