Attention HSA Members:
We had a great turnout at the March 8, 2020 meeting on Sunday with 25 people in attendance and 12 songs presented for critiquing.
We want to thank everyone for spending their Sunday afternoon with us and hope all had a great time. We welcomed guest members attending for the first time, Charles Alexander, Shawn and Melody Crowson and Natalie Therrell. We hope they will come back to join as members of HSA. A special thanks to Danny Liggett for presenting the March Mini-Workshop on the topic of “7 Secrets Of Successful Songwriters”.
SONG OF THE MONTH UPLOADS–
The area for uploading songs on the website www.houstonsongwriters.net is now located in the Members Area and is now open through Monday night, March 23, 2020. Please be sure to upload your song by that date. If you have any problems uploading your song, please contact us at contact@houstonsongwriters.net.
IMPORTANT: Since Easter falls on the second Sunday in April, the April Meeting will be on the first Saturday on April 4, 2020 at J P Hops House. The doors open at 1:30PM and the meeting starts at 2:00PM. Also in lieu of Mother’s Day, the May Meeting will be on the first Sunday, May 3, 2020.
