Attention HSA Members,
We have 14 amazing songs that are posted in the April 2022 Song of the Month Contest on our HSA Website at www.houstonsongwriters.net. We appreciate all of the members who made comments and suggestions on the songs. If you have not already reviewed the songs and posted comments on the website, you still have time to do so by Monday night, April 17, 2022. Click on Song of the Month Area, then click on Comments. Your fellow songwriters will appreciate hearing from you.
If a songwriter wishes to “Edit” their song, they may do so at any time, however, the best time to do so is after the comments have been posted by the members and before the voting starts on April 23, 2022. Go to the website at www.houstonsongwriters.net and click on the Members Area, then click on “Edit.” This will bring up all of your songs that you have uploaded to the website.
Select the song you wish to edit to make changes to the title, lyrics and/or add a new MP3. You make want to indicate in the top portion of the lyric area what changes have been made (lyrics and or MP3, etc.) so that the listener will know that changes have been made. Make sure to click on the Revised Button, make your changes, then click on the Submit button. It may take a few seconds to confirm that your submission was successful. To make sure your changes have been made, go back to the Song of the Month area to view and listen to your song.
